Steps for Property Registration in Bangalore :

Steps needs to be done in SBI RACPC Whitefield Bangalore before registration:

1.     SBI Property Insurance : It will cost you 28000 for 15 years min and 56000 for 30 years . It’s mandatory SBI people will not give document without this .

2.     MOD : Two MOD DD SBI Person will on the payment of .1% of the loan sanction amount . Even if loan disbursement amount is less then the loan sanction amount SBI will do all the calculation on Loan sanction amount .It will come around 22000(based on the loan amount). Keep this amount in your SBI account and SBI officials will deduct from your SBI account.

3.     Sale Agreement : SBI officials will give original sale agreement .

4.     One more document .

Steps needs to be done in SBI RACPC Whitefield Bangalore After registration:

1.     Take Xerox and Submit Original registered Sale deed to SBI .

2.     Take Xerox and Submit EC certificate that we have received from Registrar office after registration.

2.     Taking Photos :  Govt officials will take photos of owners so dressed accordingly.

3.     Car Parking : There is no Car Parking available at this Registrar Office.

4. New Office : This is new office so don't get confuse when some people gave you old office location . Happened with me :) 

5. Documents Required :  Govt Officials have not asked for any documents but for safer side keep all your identity documents with you . 

6. Money Required :  Govt Fees is around 1200 rs there rest the middle man will ask you so don't get fooled .
